Glass Care

Your glass piece will come cleaned and polished. I recommend using a microfiber towel to clean off any dust. In addition to dust, solder and lead can eventually oxidize overtime, leaving a white outline around the solder joints. If this happens, use a microfiber towel to clean the area. Never use a cleaner with alcohol or ammonia, it will damage the solder. Also, feel free to use baby oil or car wax to make the solder lines nice and shiny again, if needed.

All pieces contain lead, please wash hands after handling.

Hanging Your Glass

Majority of my pieces will come ready to hang with a chain included. I do not recommend using a suction cup to hang your glass, it will fall and break. Instead, use a hook that you can screw into the window frame.

Returns & Refunds

I do not accept returns or refunds. Please note, the color of the glass can be slightly lighter or darker in pictures, the color will change depending on how the light hits it.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days (standard shipping). If you need priority shipping, please email me after your purchase and we can work something out. If you have purchased a custom piece, this will take 3-6 weeks of production prior to shipping.

As for international shipping, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. Please check your countries policy before purchasing. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for paying duties and taxes.
